The Central Community Development Corporation (CCDC) implements programs that promote self-sufficiency. Our objectives are focused on, enriching human capital, developing real estate including affordable housing (both rental and homeownership), establishing community centers, creating and refining small businesses, providing research and information to foundations and corporate giving programs that serve or advocate for disadvantaged people.
